For weeks you've been pointing out that the DNC by-laws specify that half of the Florida and Michigan delegates should be seated as punishment for holding an early primary. Now, Clinton lawyers have stated that half is totally unacceptable and ALL delegates from those states must be seated.
Do you stand by your earlier position?

Actually, I'd like to see this answer . . .
As of North Carolina, I am officially an Obama supporter.
So I think they should give Billary/Shrillery/Hitlery NONE and make the evil bitch iron my shorts.
Fickle!
That's what YOU are.
They say she could get exactly what she wants and still be behind in delegates, leaving her only hope to winning over the superdelegates.
But, I don't see that happening very easily.
I think half the delegates from each state is fair per the rules. I think they should be proportioned per the results save that they should give Obama all uncommitted votes in Michigan.
That lets everyone attend the convention and be seated.
And I think it's fair. Clinton supporters and Obama supporters can debate this til the cows come home, but both teams made certain choices along the way that led to it being what it is and therefore it should just be accepted as it is, but half votes.
And then the DNC should never let this happen EVER again.
You see, PJ, we can agree on this board!

It's not screwing when Democrats do it. Only when Republicans do it.
When Democrats do it, it's the "rulez."
Interesting that he refused to answer the question.
That's because I'm an Obama supporter now.
JUST LIKE YOU, sweetcakes!

Sometimes it's the benefit of knowing when to be pliant and flexible with your decisions, especially in cases like these, that show ya got balls. I say kudos for having the sense to take things in as they come and making informed decisions instead of sticking blindly to one candidate. It was a long and weird road that led us to this still indecisive near-conclusion!
