and I just saw a production tonight, and it was fantastic. Way better than I expected.

Every actor was perfect for their part, fantastic energy, outstanding vocals, (almost)flawless tech, they made great decisions on stage, and they had very believable characters, even though the asians weren't actually played by asians, but were still standouts.


I saw it again tonight, and it was even better.

They hit the belted solos with ease, they hit all notes perfectly and added a nice vibrato to go along with their wonderful tone.

By "high school version"...do you mean "high school production"? Because I've seen a high school production of Millie but not a high school version. I'm not asking this to be difficult. I really would like to know if there's an actual high school version of the show.

My school just did Milie in March and it went really well everyone was very impressed, a lot of people said it was the best high school show they have seen. We didn't have asians play the parts of Bunfoo and ching ho but they were also very good. If i wasn't in the show i would have thought they spoke chinese before

after the international thespian festival this summer, where the high school version will debut,it should be available in the fall or soon after.
