What's the fastest way to get your equity card? I know many times I am looking at auditions and the only people that can audition are equity members. What can you do to earn your AEA card?

Get cast in an equity show. Otherwise, work at regional theaters that are equity houses and earn points.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
