Hey...does anyone know how to adjust the thickness of a line in Illustrator?

yes, check your STROKE pallette.
you can adjust line weight there.

Thought so.

I can't figure out Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. I try, but I can't get anything to work.

ABS: when i first began, i wanted to throw the computer out the window, & i am not exaggerrating...i would scream & cry of frustration & i got really depressed. then after 6-8 months, i began dreaming in illustrator, & then little things began clicking into place.

its 11 years later now & i still learn new things every day.

I'm a huge fan of Google Sketchup. That's the only design tool I use.
