I'm going to see this movie in a little bit - has anyone seen it yet? How is it?

This looks hillarious.

I saw this on Friday, I give it a B. It had its funny moments but the ending came too suddenly. I'd say more but I don't want to give anything away. Pretty good though!

I'm on the fence about her. I think she's a good actress, but she plays the same part (socially awkward teenager) in almost every movie she's in. I suppose the same could be said of lots of actors, though.

Well, I was waiting for "Bella" to walk onscreen, but she never really did. This character was completely different and showed more of what Kristen can really do. I think the fact is that Kristen IS in reality, still a socially awkward teengager. It is apparent in most of her interviews. She doesn't seem to be completely comfortable in her own skin. When she comes into her own, I think she's going to have an amazing career.

It was good. Jesse Eisenberg has one facial expression, but Kristen Stewart is amazing (not to mention smokin'), Ryan Reynolds is horribly miscast, and Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig as the lovey-dovey owners of the amusement park deserve to get their own recurring SNL sketch.

The screenplay is very clever, if not gratuitously autobiographical. Greg Mottola makes some weird choices, such as randomly switching to Shakicam. All in all, it's a fun movie, and not the sophmoric coming-of-age comedy the commercials make it out to be.

Sally, according to Wikipedia the movie was filmed at Kennywood in West Mifflin, PA, with other scenes shot in Pittsburgh.

Sally, if you still want to know like next week, I can tell you what roller coaster is featured in the movie when I go see it. I've been to Kennywood more times than I can count. Off the top of my head, there's three wood coasters there - the Racer, the Jack Rabbit, and the Thunderbolt. My guess is it's either the Racer or the Thunderbolt.

I found it to be a complete bore, which was upsetting since I was looking forward to seeing it very much. Kristen Stewart's blandness aside, her character wasn't of much interest either; I never really saw what was so wonderful about Em. Eisenberg was fine, but the character seemed a bit one-note. For me, the pacing was terribly slow for a film with such little plot. Wiig and Hader add some life to it, but not nearly enough.
