"It's a great feeling of power to be naked in front of people. We're happy to watch actual incredible graphic violence and gore, but as soon as somebody's naked it seems like the public goes a bit bananas about the whole thing."

re: Advice to newbies?

Wait awhile before you post a lot... read what everyone else has to say, so you can get the hang of things.

Namo is being sarcastic...
So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

re: Advice to newbies?

Watch your backside. If someone really ( for whatever reason) starts to really get on your case block them or you will get into a pissing contest which is what the other person wants & you will not win. I learned the hard way

On the Off site, watch what you say - especially of a political nature

re: Advice to newbies?

From Big fish...

"Senior Ed Bloom: I don't know if you're aware of this, Josephine, but African parrots, in their native home of the Congo, they speak only French.
Josephine: Really?
Senior Ed Bloom: You're lucky to get four words out of them in English, but if you were to walk through the jungle, you'd hear them speaking the most elaborate French. Those parrots talk about everything. Politics, movies, fashion. Everything but religion.
Will Bloom: Why not religion, dad?
Senior Ed Bloom: It's rude to talk about religion. You never know who you're gonna offend."

re: Advice to newbies?

Aw crap you had to use Big Fish..Tiff'll go secretly insane.

So. No politics....no religion..hmmph..what if I'm really, really careful about I say? So that I know I'm not offending anyone? Or is it just a "something-always-blows-over" kind of deal.

re: Advice to newbies?
