Levitt Pavilions, a national nonprofit in Beverly Hills that builds community through the power of free live music, is having a special Al Hirschfield CharityBuzz auction. Up for bid is a Hand-Signed, Limited Edition Hirschfeld Lithograph of Celine Dion. The framed print is 21"x16" and edition 13/20. All proceeds to will go to Levitt Pavilions.

Yeah, but why purchase a Hirschfield whose subject makes you want to slap it?
I love Celine, but it doesnt capture her at all and I mean at all. That's probably why its up for auction. It was a do-over.
Doesn't look anything like her.
I remember there was a show at the Met back in the late 70's of the lesser known drawings of the Impressionists... Yeah there was a reason they were lesser known. They were flat out bad! Made me feel good as an aspiring artist that not everything coming from the hand of a Master, was a masterpiece!
If they lied and sold it as Julianne Moore, they might get a few offers.

Now...as for the 'likeness'...I agree.
