How in the heck is Jesse back from the dead on AMC?

I remember watching him die in the hospital from a gunshot. And then he was seen "in heaven" and as a ghost - he and Jenny appear as ghosts during the hurricane in Pine Valley, Tad saw his ghost, and as an angel he guided Gillian into heaven.

UGH!

So, does this mean that Jenny faked her death on the jetski and Tony really didnt mess with the wiring to try and kill Greg? Jenny and Greg need to be brought back to life, no one is really dead in soap opera world.
