Well, bucko, you're missing one really important Life Lesson right there, so full stop. Go back and re-read what you wrote and tell me what lesson you missed along the way.
I am 21 years old, and responsible enough to know that if I spill the drink I had, it is my job to clean it up. That's common sense, and I would never expect anything different.
And I can tell you categorically that 99% of your peers feel otherwise; "that's what the clean-up staff is for!" is the usual response, offered with a giggle -- so why should she think you're any different?

Then get out of bed a little earlier so you're sufficiently awake to deal with a 9AM class. The no-coffee rule is hers to enforce, not yours to break. If you feel it's so invasive, speak to her privately like an adult or go to your advisor.
