Im really upset about this:
Ok so here's the deal, we took a quiz in french and I have really bad test anxiety and so i didn't do so well on my quiz even though I knew the stuff. So while I was taking the test we were doing some past participles and stuff which is generally easy and I had spelt something wrong so I erased and corrected it before I turned it it. She returned the quizzes after about 30 minuets because I guess thats all it took for her to grade them or whatever. and I noticed that she had marked out an answer that I knew for a fact was correct. And I even checked it up against my friends paper(who got 100) and she had the exact same thing on the paper. So I thought I would go up and just tell her that she accidentally marked a correct answer wrong. So I went up to her desk and asked her very politely "I was just wondering why you marked this one wrong when it is right?" and she was quick to say "well it wasn't like that when I checked it" and she put the paper really close to her face and looked at the erase marks I had made earlier from the correction and she said "there is erase markes here...It wasn't like that when I graded it." And I was like (I wasn't rude about it) "No, I fixed that before I turned it in. So she went on to say (and I quote) " well I know that I'm not always right but I have checked these papers 100 times before and I have a really good memory so i probably wouldn't miss something like that. and there are erase marks here" and so I told her "Well I had spelled it wrong before but I fixed it and THEN turned it in" and she was like "well I will fix it this time but next time don't use a pencil because these marks look suspicious and I don't think they were there before" so she changed the grade to a 76. but then I felt really bad because she basically just accused me of cheating when all I did was try and get that ONE question fixed. So I went back to my desk and basically started crying because of it. If you could please please please give me your thoughts on this. and also, if I really was cheating I would have tried to get a higher grade that an F*ing 76. I would have told her more than just that one question was right.
