Posted: 7/7/05 at 2:13amIt's actually horribly sad, but I know little to no music outside of Broadway. Well of course I do, but I don't listen to it often. I'm not sure "Origin Of Love" would be such a great pick.

Posted: 7/7/05 at 2:18amHaha actaully my friend and I jokingly wanted to go audition saying we're twins (even though shes very black and I'm very white) and sing Hollaback Girl and hold-up letter sings when it comes to the B-A-N-A-N-A-S part.

I'll get that far. Well not really, but I'll be sure to sex it up a bit if I do audition.

I auditioned for Canadian Idol in it's first season and got past a few rounds, but the producers eventually told me I was too trained (funny...since I have never had a vical lesson in my life), and they told me to come back and try again next year because they thought when my voice matured I would be really good. They were very supportive of me (and not so supportive of the others they cut). I was going to audition for the second season, but I had an exam that day. I'm hoping to do it for the third season, now that my voice is VERY rocked up.

Meh,
Canadian Idol is actually pretty easy to go far in. I have quite a few friends that have made it very far in the comptetion. I think the talent pool is slowly decreasing every year, and the judges are a bit whack.

Why did they stop auditioning in NYC... wait I think I could answer my own questions...
I think they are avoiding "musical theater singers"
