As far as singing goes I have to vote for Jason Wade, the lead singer of Lifehouse. His voice is very, very sexy. He could sing to me all day long.

Alan Rickman is a great choice. But for first place I have to go with Daniel Davis. He has both the singing and the speaking voice - especially when he sings softly.

I have to agree with everyone who said Alan Rickman. Downright sexy ass voice. The guy may be too old for me, but there is just something so mysterious and deep about his voice that I love. I was once looking up a Shakespeare sonnet I needed for class, and I came across a recording of him reading one. *dreamy sigh*
EDIT: After reading another post, I have to second Ralph Fiennes. Not only is his voice sexy but he is too. Alan Rickman still tops my list though.
