I just got home from seeing Angie Aparo at one of out local live music venues. His vocal range is astounding, and he has some of the most brilliant lyrics in modern music. Is anyone else on the boards familiar with this amazing* singer-songwriter?
*I know there has been some discussion about the use of this word as of late, and I want to assure you - I use it in the truest sense of the word. I was, quite literally, amazed the first time I ever heard him sing live.

Posted: 6/24/06 at 10:03amI saw him open for Alice Ripley at Joe's Pub a few years ago, and I really liked him a lot. I've tried to catch him in concert several times since, but they've always resulted in near misses for one reason or another.
But when did New Hampshire become--Such a backward wasteland of seatbelt hating crazies?...I mean, only 40 people actually live there. The others are just visitors who come for the tax-free liquor and three inches of novelty coastline. John Hodgeman on The Daily Show (1-30-07)
