This speech is a good example of why I feel that both heterosexuals as well as the LGBT community should stand up for equal rights. The more voices heard on the subject the better and more powerful the argument will be.
I am an 18 year old heterosexual male. But, I am very much in favor of equal rights. It really pisses me off so much when people can't do things like get married or adopt just because of who they fall in love with. I feel like because I am 18 and at an age where I can legally get active in many things I feel like I should get active in this.
