Obama wants to be leader of the US, but certainly has a lot of "Duh" moments. When asked about an interview with his daughters:

"On Wednesday, Obama said he had second thoughts after seeing how much attention the interview had received."

Interviews are supposed to receive a lot of attention ya moron.

No way America would let a moron into the White House.

Not quite the "scandal" your type is looking for, Goth. Nice try, tho. Your tenacity is cute.

"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” ~ Muhammad Ali

BB, I'm not looking for a scandal, I'm looking for a POTUS that doesn't need to spill his guts everytime he opens his mouth. Whether he thought it was a good idea or not, he should have spun it positively. Spinning this negatively makes him look stupid.

He said he made a mistake - big deal. I admire Obama for that.

Imagine having a President that actually admits when he makes a mistake - as opposed to the criminal we have in the White House now who believes he never has done anything wrong, when in truth he rarely does anything right.

Hear hear, South FL Marc.

Since when was the ability to spin considered an admirable trait in a president?

"He said he made a mistake - big deal. I admire Obama for that."

He made a mistake over something that doesn't take a brain scientist to tell you. If you agree to an interview, it will give you a lot of attention. That's the nature of interviews. It's not rocket science.

I'm still gonna go with: This is the worst you can come up with?

'Cause I'm okay with this level of stupidity.

Get used to it. Republicans have a candidate even they can't stand. Their only hiope is to spatter Obama with mud and drive a wedge among his supporters. It's going to get ugly folks.

I heard Obama was asked "Do you want fries with that?" and he said no.

Then he changed his mind and said yes.

We don't want someone like that in the White House, do we?

I hope they were "freedom fries" and not those awful "french fries"

A much better case can be made for McCain being a moron. He got into the Naval Academy based on family connections, and graduated 894th out of 899. His educational background is quite similar to GWB's. Isn't eight years of being governed by a 'C' student long enough?

He didnt realize that the interview would become a media frenzy. I wouldnt have predicted that. Who would have guessed?

There's a huge difference in what they were aiming for and the frenzy it became.

So, what I'm seeing is a man who cares more about protecting his daughters than the fact that the frenzy will likely accomplish way more than intended for his campaign.

THAT'S family values.
