Another federal court has found a key part of DOMA unconstitutional.

Posted: 2/23/12 at 8:48amBelieve it or not, I think the military is going to play a big part in the end of DOMA. Now that DADT has been repealed, the military is going to have to deal with couples who have married in states where it's legal. I can't see how DOMA can exist with the repeal of DADT.
