That's John Belushi. That is apparently a picture taken when he was in a Men's Fashion Show in High School and him being the captain of the football team, it was apparently a huge risk on his part.
Someone had asked who was the best Peter Pan, to which I replied Jerry Lewis with John Belushi as Tinkerbell.
Then, I scanned that picture in from the biography "Belushi" I checked out from the Library.
