Anybody Seen the Movie CARS? — Page 2

Thanks for reminding me. In lieu of ROBOTS I put on that list MONSTERS, INC. Wasn't DINOSAUR also a Disney/Pixar collaboration? Neddy, I wasn't implying that the movies themselves are generic, just the titles. [Gee, let's call a movie about a dinosaur DINOSAUR? Or a movie about monsters MONSTERS, INC.? How about a movie about cars CARS?] They're not original, and after a decade of these films, neither are the stories, it seems. Someone above mentioned that CARS is thin on plot and heavy on formula.

P.S. I did enjoy the original TOY STORY, which I found creative and innovative. The others... not so much.

I saw it with a 6 year old and a 7 year old. We all loved it. Enough humor for the adults as well as the kids.
