It was about crystal-meth addictions. They did a segment of a gay man's struggles with addictions, he actually became HIV + due to his addictions.
But on the flipside, it was weird and funny to hear Oprah say the word "bareback" so many times.

It was a good episode - and what that man said is absolutely true. I got a kick over how he specified Chelsea. Jesus, I can't even walk through Chelsea past dark without feeling like I've contracted some deadly STD just from stares.

The only thing that bothered me a little bit was when Oprah said something to the affect of "You're the only one speaking out about this." Perhaps that guy was the first person Oprah has heard about. But this discussion has been going on in the gay community for the past several years. That comment made it sound like the community as a whole has been asleep at the wheel, which is simply not the case.
