Being in those plays were two of my very best memories, even though rehersing act two of "Noises Off" was as dangerous as walking over a tight rope over a lake of crocodiles(I nearly killed Garry with the axe.), and even though I had a minor role in "La Mancha" Share who you were and what your experiences were.
I was Maria in "Man of La Mancha" (For those of you who don't know, Maria was the inkeeper's wife.) It was alot of fun hanging out with seniors at the time. Even though I got very little stage time, it was great watching others work the magic. It was easily the best play that my school has put on in a long time.
I was also Dotty Otley in "Noises Off". I had alot of fun with this one. I got to show another side of me, and the audience loved it. I was apparently a favorite of the principal.
Anyone else?
I was the stage manager is Noises Off... It was such a fun show.... Hard... but fun... and it was a great experience. YES, it's a VERY dangerous show! And everything has to be perfectly timed. But its soooo worth all of the hard work.
I played Aldonza in Man of La Mancha about 2 years ago, in high school.... really fun show, good message.
i played The Innkeeper in Man O' LaMancha.
our production was truly lackluster. but the set was really good. and of course... CQ was in it!
I was in "Noises Off", but I played a Line Assistant. Basically my director's lame attempt to include more people in the show. I was pretty much an uderstudy and I had to go to practice evryr day for 2 months and do NOTHING! But I really liked the show.

I was in Man of La Mancha and i was paco but with our show we were in the show the whole time! it was such a blast and it was the first show of the year
I just did "noises off". I did costumes and was the understudy. Great show! My BF played Roger. At the last show instead of giving out flowers we gave out signed cans of sardines!
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofuI played Don Quixote in "Man of La Mancha" this past October. It was an incredibly challenging role for me. I always played the nice, young, tenor boy in all of the shows I was in. So playing the old, inspirational, hopeful baritone was a bit of a stretch. It was an amaaazing experience though. The message behind it all is an absolutely amazing one, and it was a joy to be able to share it. We did it in a blackbox which made it more one-on-one with the audience which was a neat experience in itself. I loved every second of it, and would do it all over again if I could.
Awh Nick, I would have loved to see you play Don!
