Anyone know anything about these NY hotels?

Posted: 1/30/05 at 9:17pmThe Time Hotel, The Dream Hotel, and The Warick? Orbitz has all three classified as 4 stars. Would you agree? As we know, such internet information can be quite unrealiable. Any information appreciated.

Posted: 1/30/05 at 10:06pmI've stayed at The Time Hotel. The room was so small I had go outside to change my mind.

Thanks, Paris, that is a great website.
Anyone stayed at the Warwick or the Dream?

I would also check out Hotels.com.
My brother did when he came to visit me. He found a nice room at the Waldorf for 100 per night.
My favorite hotel is the Peninsula. But it is 300 or more per night.

Don't know about the inside, but the outside of The Dream has been redone and it's magical.
Many many hotel rooms in NYC are tiny. Had a friend who stayed at the Hudson and the room was just miniscule. Beautifully appointed, but MINISCULE.

I know that someone already commented on The Time Hotel, but I've stayed there a couple of times and I thought the rooms were adequate size -- I mean these are NYC hotel rooms.
Besides, you'll be spending so much time in the theater that you won't care how big your hotel room is, right?

Posted: 2/1/05 at 11:14amI stayed at the Hudson ... miniscule is an exageration! Although the glass wall between the shower and the sleeping part of the room is quite sexy.

Posted: 2/1/05 at 11:34amOne piece of advice. Stay away from The Shoreham! The staff was great, bed was like sleeping on nails, the room was OK in size, but looked like a rejected Hildy room plus you can NEVER get a cab in front of the hotel.
