The women always blame the project manager for everything because apparently, noone ever does anything else wrong. It's so predictable. I still don't think Stacey is that bad. It's Maria that needs to go. That stuck-up chick has dodged more bullets than a turkey in November. As soon as they start a project, she and Ivana do nothing but badmouth whoever the project manager is and how awful they are. Pamela was simply the best project manager for the women so far and had they sold one more item, they would have beat the men. I think Trump was dead wrong in his decision to fire her. He said she had poor judgement regarding people, but he forced her to work with them with no time to get to know their personalities and their strengths and weaknesses. It was ridiculous. Elizabeth is the only woman I would not fire out of that hideous group.
Actually, good bosses delegate AND work. And Pamela wasn't a slacker. Maria got all bent out of shape because many people thought she sucked on camera (which she did) and kept insisting that she was great. I really hope she (and Ivana) goes home soon.
Regarding Stacey: She's actually a good worker who takes every task seriously and does a good job. Yeah, she talks a lot, but a good manager will know exactly how to communicate with her. Pamela gave her a task and when Stacey tried to make sure that they were legally protected, Pamela stomped all over her. Had Pamela succeeded in putting a halt to Stacey's work and they had a legal problem, Pamela could have gotten the Trump organization (and QVC) sued. That was the only major mistake I saw in Pamela, but it was pretty much ignored by Trump.
