Did anyone catch last night's show? Betty puts pieces of carmelized ginger and nuts on her creme brulee sugar topping. When the torch is applied they burn up and have to be removed. The judges find the egg custard to resemble pumpkin pie filling. I think it was petty for Betty to blame Marcel for her failure tonight, when he was just trying to help her torch the tops.

Today while discussing Iraq, Elizabeth said something about how she wants our troops to come home, of course, but not in a way that would leave us in more danger from the terrorists.
Rosie says, Elizabeth, never choose fear over faith, never be afraid of the terrorists, they're mothers and fathers just like we are.
See, this kind of thinking makes me tremble.

Yes, I was nauseous through "The Women" because everyone in the show smoked. "Frankie and Johnny" and "BUG" come to mind.

I get sick of hearing just about anything over and over but....
I still find myself listening to Aida and The Boy From Oz (I can always be moved by hearing Hugh's voice).
