Audition Help...anyone?

I'm trying out for a community production of "Thoroughly Modern Millie" and I have no idea of what to sing. I'm 16 and a high soprano, but I don't have a very large range. I would love to find a character song because I'm so much better at acting than singing. I've been researching websites and past threads. but I haven't found anything in my voice part that fits the style of this musical. Also, we're not allowed to audition with songs from Millie for this audition. Sorry, I'm sure you're getting really annoyed with these kinds of threads, but I'm desperate.

Any guidance would be amazing!

If you want Miss Dorothy, maybe something really high would be best. Maybe Green Finch and Linnet Bird?
