Remy doesn't have a very big role. Just a few solo lines and speaking parts. Her part is a little bigger than Phoebe Strole's though, I think.

Lizzy- If all "small" shows were banned from broadway there would be no diversity. There is no right type of musical for broadway, it's a place for ALL types of shows.
Piazza In Philly?
Does anyone know if the Philly run of The Light in the Piazza has been canceled? It was taken off broadwayacrossamerica but it's still on piazza's tour site.

I actually think Rent could work well, it just depends on whether they would be willing to try something new and cast for the current production.

Every person is different. For some, broadway is the ultimate in their career. For others, it's just the beginning of a career in entertainment. We shouldn't condemn Shoshana for wanting to move onto bigger things in her career.

They dress like a middle aged person would, basically their normal clothes. It's just confusing to see the adult woman sing backup on the teen girl songs because well, the whole seperation between adults and children is so distinct in the musical and this kind of messes it up.

It's a little strange seeing an adult go on in the ensemble track, because I think it kind of interuppts the whole parallel between the teens of 1891 and the teens of today.
