Audition songs for Ragtime

If someone could offer me some advice. What would be some good songs to audition for the role of Tateh in Ragtime?

There's also a good song from a show called Kuni-Leml. I don't remember what it's called but it's at the beginning of Act II. Similar style, though a little more fast-paced than would be ideal probably.

I was trying to avoid something from fiddler, but thanks both of you.
