He wrote "It's Kind of a Funny Story." Suicide... sad end for a man who clearly battled his demons for some time.

This reminds me of when David Foster Wallace killed himself five years ago. Incredibly sad, both beautiful writers.

Morbid topic, but I'm curious to know if anyone else thinks writers are somehow more prone to suicide than other creatives? There's a long documented line of great scribes who have ended their lives. What leads to it?
