No pictures were taken. We were there to enjoy each others' company, not to pose for publicity shots.

Felicia Finley was indeed there, but as a guest--not as a a speaker.

That is not what BillFinn meant. I would also like to view pics of the get-together as would over half of the members who could not make it. We do not ALL live in NYC. It was a BWW.com get-together and we are all BWW.com members...so they would not be publicity shots.

It would not be fair to the people who showed up (and some gave away a little of their anonymity in doing so) to be seen by the rest who weren't there (regardless of the reason). Part of the fun in going is the chance to put faces with names. It's completely fair this way.

There is truth that some folks shy away from the camera. When I read some requests for pics to be taken I knew immediately I would not go.

Yea, we could all do without the smart ass comments. Or even better the dumb ass questions of things (NO PHOTOTS) that were already discussed and agreed upon prior to the get together. And what is with the preoccupation with appearences? Why do I find that so shallow? Why would anyone need to put a face to a real or fictitious name?

As for not living in NYC, tough. When you move here or visit, you can participate. No need to throw a temper tantrum.
