Yoda, I also thought Wise Up, but I figued Save Me would be easier to find a track.
Kitz, I despise that avatar...put something more girly back up.
Tiff made it! I'll put up a girly one in the morning
Only waiting for ebonic_singer's clip and then we're ready to roll for tomorrow! 5pmEST.
I'm not racist.. What a nasty way to portray me..
That's probably true Patronus, but I still think Wise Up is the better song. I've never quite understoody why Save Me was nominated instead.
No kidding, Cam. On Kitz's behalf, I'll apologize. Can you believe some people?

Wise Up is definitely the better song. I'm not having any luck with a karaoke track for EITHER yet, but I'll keep looking.
I can answer that actually.
"Wise Up" was used on the soundtrack for Jerry Maguire. Even though it didn't actually appear in the film, the song was not eligible for "Original Song".

I can't believe the yellow comment..
So what are people thinking? Kitz has called "Roxie" and WesternSky2 has called "You Must Love Me".

*still crying at loss of Evita song*
I really like all three songs mentioned for me, though.
Any Aimee Mann song that you do would be great.
Is anyone doing Disney?
*secretly hopeful*
CAndle on the water from Pete's dragon
Wow, you learn something new everyday!
Allie I guess Aimee Mann is probably not too popular for Karaoke. Oh well.
I'm looking her up on LW and not getting anything. Can you just eliminate her vocals from the track, Allie? I do think Wise Up is a lovely song.

I guess not, Yoda!
I'm looking at the list on Oscar's site. A Kiss At The End of the Rainbow! D'awwwww, I love that song.
ETA: I already tried that, Tiff. Didn't work for me.

"A Kiss At The End of the Rainbow"
That would be another good one if you can do it as a solo.
"Moon River" is a pretty song. But not too challenging.

There are some really great songs in this category! My mind is boggling.
Again.
"Hello, this is jrb_actor and I wish I knew how to quit you. Good-bye."

Pfft, except he got the quote wrong. Or you did.
What? It's not much of a quote, is it?

"I wish I knew how to quit you!"
Oh yeeeaaaah!
It's okay, I'm sort of dumb like that. *ditzy smile* I didn't even realize it was a BBM quote until a couple of weeks ago when I heard it in a TV spot. And then my head shot up and I went, "Brokeback's quoting BROADWAY WORLD????"
As in, "rath, i wish i knew how to quit you"
