Aww it's ok Allie, not everyone has to like Country.. perhaps it just gives those who like and know the genre a leg up..

I dont mind country, and this was chosen pre my judge status.. But in the defense of the other judges this is a genre that will help to show us the versatility in the contestants.

Exactly, Cam. Plus while I hate country, I don't necessarily hate the singers, and can appreciate good talent. But versatility is key. (And if you can actually make me like your song, that's even better!)

I can help people with song choices if they need it.. although I dont listen to country all the time, I do listen to it. and I know some good songs.

I, too, am a big country fan, so if anybody wants any help picking a good song, just let me know what type you're looking for, and I'm sure I can give you a few choices.
