BWW poster "Pippin"

Not sure how many of you remember BWW poster "Pippin" AKA Jonathan Shade. So this is for those who do. For the past few years Jon has been sailing around the world as one of the featured singers/dancers Cabaret-style artists on some pretty impressive cruise liners.

I've known Johnny for years and just wanted to let a few folks here know that he has a nice "new' website. Hoping some of you who remember him will wish him well with
his little Corner of the Sky. He's a great guy, very caring and loves to make people smile. All the best, Jon

I thought his avatar was that actress with the long wavey red hair that may or may not be a young Anette O'Toole.

I think we're thinking about the same pic scallion. I always though it was Lisa Kudrow, but I must have been wrong.

She's clasping her hands in prayer though.

That's the one, taz. Though I'm not sure who it is either. She looks familiar though. Now I have a challenge. Maybe I'll start a poorly written blog about it.

Blog entry, day one: I found it!



When I right-clicked on the pic, the name of the pic was valerie_cherish, who, it turns out is the name of a character in a series, "Comeback", who, it turns out is played by Lisa Kudrow! I guess it was the red hair throwing me off.

LOL! Yes, this is the avatar he used to use at one time. Neither of us have been on the boards for a long time. Namo, don't know if he's seen the Pippin revival, but I'll ask him. His 'new' website has a Contact section. Just thought a few of you might remember him. He's worked at the Prince Theater, Philly and obviously moved on to bigger and better things. He's a hard working great guy, a no nonsense nice guy.
