This is one of the most underrated movies I can remember. What a creative team: Tennessee Williams, Elia Kazan, Kenyon Hopkins. And the actors: Karl Malden, Carroll Baker, Eli Wallach. I love it!

Saw it. Creeps me out. I've seen it many times, and can't get over the whole "teenage bride" thing. Which is strange, because I love Lolita. Why does this bother me more? I don't know.

However, that said...I will add that Karl Malden is tops in his performance.
