Baritone Solo
Baritone Solo#1

I am a baritone (G2-F4)and I am trying to find a really good vocal solo. I'm looking for something with emotion, really. Something that's about love that cannot happen would be great! I found the perfect song, but it's for a woman... (Easy as Life from Aida) It has the perfect sorrow and pissed-off feel. Does anyone have any ideas?

"I'd Rather Be Sailing" from A New Brain.
Sounds like the perfect song for what you want.

Make Them Hear You goes up to a G# in the original key.
I'm a fan of the good old "I Have Dreamed." But I'm a sap for the classics like that and it doesn't really have that angry feel. You can also try "No More" from Into the Woods. It's one of the most emotional baritone duets (it can be adapted into a solo, and a lot of the times is) I know.

Oh my heck! Thanks guys! These are perfect!
(I have done a few of these before: Make them Hear You, If I can't Love Her, and I'd Rather Be Sailing... I kinda lied about my range, I can go higher, I just can't sustain it for long so I didn't add it)
But seriously, these rock!
And yeah... perhaps Bare is a little different... haha, but has freaking cool music!
But hey, if you have any more suggestions, I would love to hear them!
