I am so puzzled by this. Not that convicted tax dodgers Domenico and Stefano might also be a couple of self-hating dopes, but by the fact that their massive multi Billion dollar empire doesn't appear to have have PR flacks to prevent their founders from airing these idiotic views. It's not like these are some random homophobic tweets. They're comments from a formal interview. How could they not realize how potentially damaging this could be to their business? Dolts.

I don't even understand his logic behind doing that. Limbaugh is one of the worst people in the United States, made only worse by the fact that he has a national audience to which he can spew his homophobic, racist, and sexist comments. How can one even justify singing at someone like that's wedding? This just makes me so angry.

Elton was a favorite of mine when I was a kid. Loved his music back in the day. But, I sort of outgrew his music. Hardly listen to him at all anymore.

So if people boycott Chick-Fil-A because their CEO supports anti-gay organizations, then people should support Rush Limbaugh for supporting Elton John.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

And Goth, Elton playing an idiot's wedding for something like $1M is far removed from Dan Cathy donating portions of proceeds to fight against our rights, send kids to conversion camps and to support the organization that helped spark Uganda's kill the gays law.

That's lazy. Giving money to a gay performer doesn't negate all the crap Limbaugh continues to do that hurts many things that touch on and goes beyond gay rights. Also, people shouldn't support people for simply doing one thing that helps the pockets of one gay person or for doing something that doesn't discriminate against gay people. It's like supporting someone just because they hired one black person and didn't use racist language the one time they did it. It should be a norm, not something to applaud.

So Scotty, if Elton John contributed his entire fee to a pro-gay marriage organization, does that rebalance your universe?
