Insightful. Haha.
I know someone who went there and she's not BURSTING with talent or anything. I don't know if that helps at all. I think they have a better program than some colleges, so I personally might consider it if I got a huge scholarship.

I'm a junior pursuing my undergrad (BFA) in acting at Baylor. My experience so far has been great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in Texas or close by if you are not wanting to make the jump to some place far from home. We offer four years of extensive workshop scenes as well as 5 mainstage productions a year. It's a very close knit department. We are ranked in the top 20 for theatre undergrad in the country. The faculty is looking out for you and your best interest at all times. I have enjoyed my time here immensely and am thrilled I chose Baylor. It has provided me with a vast array of knowledge in all areas of theatre, including directing, technical aspects and obviously acting as well. If you have any other questions let me know.
On a side note, we're also producing an Off-Broadway play right now, The Unseen by Craig Wright. We try to stay as much involved with the New York scene as we can, being that we're down in Texas.
