That joke has been around forever, long before Celine graced us with her presence. However, now that I know she's used it, I will strongly consider dropping it from my repertoire on principle if nothing else.

Why drop it? If it's been around before Celine, it's around now, and it'll probably be around forever. At least with the dog, it isn't as cruel as it was with Celine.
