March is half over!!
what they are really saying is beware of JUNE 21...
which also happens to be La Verruso's birthday!
Well known Brit astrologer Johnathan Cainer says:
June brings a rare transit of Venus plus an exceptionally auspicious Solstice on the 21st. More amazing developments will occur during the Summer. Closer to that time, I will have a lot more to say about why, despite the current rather bleak state of the world, there is still so much hope for us all.
Hey, the world could end tomorrow. Gimme something to be hopeful about NOW!

There IS no hope! Caesar is dead. The Liberty bell is cracked. Streisand was a lousy Dolly.
Why continue to live?

Cheesecake, the birds will be singing, the dogs will bark, the sun will shine (someplace, we're going to have rain all day), flowers will bloom and I get to have more fun at work AND get paid for it too! What else do I need? !

Cheesecake is high in cholestrol, I hate the sound of dogs barking and I loathe my work.
'Tis better to end one's life quickly--if you get the point.

DP! You sound really down tonight. Cheer up! Don't worry, be happy!

If God wanted us to be happy, then why don't we ever see pictures of Jesus smiling?

My, my, my. DP put on a CD of Ms. Channing and let her voice be the balm to smooth your troubles away.

It's so futile. Happiness is merely an illusion.
dollypop, what if your work is to bake barking dogs into low-fat, low cholesterol cheesecakes?!? can you be happy then?

I hate happiness. I live to suffer!

Would a pity party help?

A party? With a whole bunch of drunks? No way.
By the way, DofB, your current logo would make a great icon for Alcoholics Anonymous.
Drinking solves nothing. Suffering is everything.

Oy! No drunks allowed. We'll serve water.
As far as my icon--why is my hat crooked?

Sister Mary Noxema always told us that a crooked hat is a real sign of a drinking problem. We were instructed to pray for people who were drunks.

Well, I do have a drinking problem. I drink tons of water. I don't drink booze That's ginger ale with green dye in it.

What joy! What rapture!
Have I stepped into a Beckett play?

This is a Beckett play with a happy ending.
There is no such thing.

Peril and grief. Misery and penry. Suffering and old age.
Nothingness. The end of the universe.
*Sigh*
All life long, the same questions, the same answers
