Yeah, I had mixed feelings about that as well. I mean it is uncomfortable to see someone screaming at an old man like that, but on the other hand he deserved it.
Memphis is right, Jerry doesn't know him at all. How would he know if he's a womanizer or not? And Jerry's attitude during the whole thing has made me really like him alot less.
I hope Jesse goes tomorrow. He is the most arrogant, egotistical jerk. He's not even good looking. His head looks way to small for his body. And it was hilarious how he was going on about how he's losing weight due to the stress of being nominated etc.
I have no idea what the banner really said. Anyone?

They didn't show a good enough close-up of it on the show, but there was some kind of character (a heart?) towards the beginning. But that was a nice little plan to pretend they knew what it said.
Jessie better be going home tomorrow. Him going on and on to Keesha that he cannot eat or sleep because of her nominating him was ridiculous. I am sure being on the block is stressful, but guilting her like that? Lame.

I was looking online, but it just says that it was hard to make out what the banner said, but they got everyone inside before they had the chance to read it.
I also watched a video of the earthquake hitting. Of course as it's all being settled Jessie is standing in front of the camera taking his shirt off.

Okay, I'm starting to like Angie...not that I disliked anyone for the Brian connection. That is what makes a good season to me, when I change who I like as things play out and true colors are shown.
I'm not sure if I dislike Libra so much. She talks too much behind everyone's back, and that's not good game play if you are so easily caught, but she's playing a game. I hate it when anyone is holier than thou about playing the frickin' game!
Jessie is still the player I like the least, by far. His rant was hilarious and shows how immature he is. Keesha winning the POV and not caving to pressure was awesome...though needing to go around the house before that and let everyone know she wasnt turning on Libra was odd.
Ollie is the biggest snake in the game after what he did to Brian and Dan in the first week...I dont see why noone has a problem with that, but Keesha cant be trusted and Libra is the devil at this point.
Jerry has replaced Dan as my second least favorite houseguest after last night's performance.

I watched Housecalls today and they said the banner was a birthday message for someone in the neighborhood, and was not BB related.
Who is your choice for the AP twist? I'm voting Renny. I think she is crazy enough to pull it off.
It was very funny to watch the earthquake footage of the house. Everyone is freaking out and running to the center of the backyard, and Jessie decides to take his shirt off in crisis. LOL

Like I said before, Jessie is a tool. UGH! He's definitely got to go.
The girls really want him out now. They say he's a time bomb. (spoiled, immature, etc.) Michele is protecting him. Can't wait till tomorrow. I want to see his eviction interview with Julie Chen.

I haven't seen the earthquake footage, but it doesn't surprise me in the least that Jesse felt the need to take his shirt off. I suppose he thought that if they were going to die, seeing him shirtless would at least make the women die happy. (rolls eyes)
Yuck. I've never been into the body builder type anyway.

I'm hoping something will happen involving Keesha and Angie teaming up. Angie said she was going to do what she could to get Jessie to explode because the house wouldn't like it. I think it would be an interesting alliance if it formed.

I don't think Jerry would have called Memphis a womanizer unless he observed behavior that makes him think he's a womanizer. I think Memphis is very smooth and Jerry realizes that. I think Memphis flew off the handle because Jerry exposed his strategy on how he plans to work the women. Jerry hit a nerve. He also exposed Memphis as a bully. I also think Jerry can become very irritating in his own way.
I don't think Jessie, as obnoxious as he is, will be going home this week. I never understood the dislike for Angie, except when she mocked some during the puppet show.
I thought it foolish for so many to immediately want to gravitate and solidify alliances with people they didn't know yet. Give it a day or two to see what someone is like before you give your word to them. Of course to many, as past seasons have shown, giving your word isn't what it use to be.
And what is with this mindset over the past few seasons that you do what "The House" wants? Aren't you part of the house? Make your own decisions. Make a decision that's best for you. Play your own game rather than following people you've already proclaimed you don't like. Shake it up and take a chance. Enough with this, "It's what The House wants."
It's been suggested that if Jessie isn't gay he's a least been willing to exhibit himself to men for money. But then, isn't that the very nature of Big Brother? People exposing themselves for money. Jessie isn't a tool. Tools actually serve a function. Early on he made a comment that Julie Chen was married to someone at CBS, but her husband wasn't anyone important. Nothing like doing your homework.
The banner did start with "Happy Birthday", but don't you love how some think nothing of lying and trying to stir the pot? It's going to be a long season with so many houseguest that I already dislike.
And America's Player? Please, not again. Can't you come up with something new...something better?

The best part of this season is Jessie's continuous attempts at THINKING he's smart, trying to sound smart, and then sounding like a complete idiot. I WAS quite impressed with Angie's speech -- oh well...

WTF? Jessie should have gone.
The HOH is still going, it's down to Michelle vs. Renny/April. GO RENNY!

Ok, seriously. What happened?!?! HOW did Jessie not get ANY votes? It looked like everyone was going to vote him out because of his behavior. Did I miss something? Are we missing something? Even if Jessie was friendly, I thought he would be out because he is a serious threat to everyone. This was their chance and they didn't do a thing. Now Jessie has the opportunity to win more competitions.

It was probably editing -the producers love throwing us on the wrong trail, but they never show us how the group ended up back with Angie. It's really frustrating when they do that. My guess? Libra orchestrated the whole thing...

Yeah, zeppie, the producers are completely trying to throw us off with the few bits of chatter about sending Jesse home instead of Angie, while knowing it would never happen. They leave us out of the convos where they decide to stick with the original plan.
I agree with whoever said "what happened to thinking for yourself" with this game. All of these people are playing scared because they've seen people backdoored and blind-sided in other seasons. It's the watering down of the individual that is bound to happen, but it makes these eliminations boring. Jerry at least admits that he's afraid to vote against the group.
I totally understand these people are in a bubble, but I'd like to think that I wouldnt be so vengeful because of how someone else voted, especially if who I wanted stayed...especially now strategies change. I wish I didnt know about April (who I cant stand) but it was bound to happen before Sunday. I wouldnt be surprised if she flip flopped all week. I think she's the most unstable in the house...which is saying something with Rennie around!

Watching the show, April seems to be Libra's lapdog - she's ALWAYS following her around. Not happy about that...
I was thinking about what the show says about us as a society and our inclination to follow the pack. Why is it that they ALWAYS vote as a group? There's no WAY all 8 people in that house wanted Jessie to stay. NO WAY. It kind of annoys me that the producers DIDN'T show us how it ended up that way.
I also don't understand the "vote the way the HOH wants." After nominations (unless she wins POV, in which case after that), she has NO SAY in anything for at LEAST another week and a half! Who cares what she wants?? Vote for what works for you! Angie was 100% right in her speech about who they SHOULD vote for and why - trouble is, independent thinking in the game (and I fear in life) gets you in trouble...

I'm so irritated that the meathead didnt get sent home. I dont know why they would keep him. He is going to be a threat in the physical competitions to come. I will be over the show if he starts winning HOH....
