Charlie R is a reverse one with his cracka remark. Mr Dinkins claims he was not reelected due to racism. Apparently those who put in him in office turned racist.He was a rotten mayor and that was why he was defeated.

Cops will now be very careful before getting involved.
I pity those in high crime areas as crime will splike. Time will tell who is right.

Posted: 8/12/13 at 5:48pmReg and Kad, when Giuliani had his gut feeling that porn shops increased crime but Reagan's Meese Commission on Pornography researched the issue, it showerd the brightly lit stores had an inhibit ice effect on crime in the neighborhoods, he said he didn't believe it and set about to shut all the shops by every means possible. This reminds me of that.

How many pistols do you think they confiscated out of the nearly 130k stop-and-frisks performed due to suspected weapon possessions last year? Ballpark estimate.
