Bloomberg: The City is Ready to Perform Same-Sex Marriages

Bloomberg did it again. Gotta give him credit: he's shrewd. When he needed the Republican party's support, he made sure the city filed the appeal to have the same-sex law sent to the Supreme Court and now the Court of Appeals. While I didn't necessarily like that, it seems his statement that it needed to hold up in court in order to become standard practice seems pretty true in light of his most recent comments.
