No Goth,just intelligent fair minded people. God knows I have issues with Obama and I can converse with those who don't like his policies. However, you hated Clinton and pretty much every Democrat,so don't paint yourself as a fair minded objective person on this forum. I and others know better.

Oh and also, rumors that the VP will be replaced for the second term are nothing new either. It almost never happens but it's one of those thing the media never tires of speculating about.

Remember this one? "A well-placed source says that the president will “most likely” drop Dick Cheney from his re-election ticket and his first choice for a replacement is former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani."

I'm old enough to remember "Governor John Connolly is thought to be a leading candidate to replace Spiro Agnew as Vice President on the 1972 ticket..."

Joe is right about VP replacement being a common, but unfounded, theme. For what it's worth, the folks at politico.com speculate that a more likely scenario would be Clinton replacing Gates as SecDef when he steps down.
