Posted: 7/27/06 at 4:20pmi love it. the sound is divine, but it's heavy (about 8 pounds) and not as flexible as speakers. but bose stuff lasts forever.

Posted: 7/27/06 at 4:27pmI have the Bose SoundDock and I love it. The sound quality is excellent. The salesman had me listen to a few of the other top brands and the sound didn't compare, but it is pricey.

I find the sound to be richer. i also love the small speakers that can be tucked away anywhere. I always feel like the bose comes out with slightly muffled sound and that the base is not as strong. As I said.. I do have both.

I don't think the SoundDock plugs into a computer.
Edit: I just checked, I know it doesn't.

Posted: 7/27/06 at 11:46pmDame, your JBL picture isn't showing up for me...is that the creature speaker thing? I have that and am very happy with it. And we have it rigged up so that it wirelessly plays from the computer, too.
