I was walking down the stairs, and uh, missed the last 6 steps. It's a sprain, and I had crutches, which I hated, so I made them give me something so that I could use both feet!

I AM a physical therapist's worst nightmare.

Shira I tore cartlidge in my wrist and they kept telling me it was a sprain, after they finally diagnosed it I was told that I had to wear an even clunkier wrist brace than I had already been wearing for the previous 3 months. I took it off and threw it in my closet and "forgot" to go back to PT. Physical therapists don't like me much either.
