Did anyone watch the 2 hour episode tonight? it was a very good episode but ABC should be ashamed for what they did. They have been advertising a birth & a death. There was a death technically with Robert but the previews for the show were so deceptive. I am used to just not trying to figure out what is going to happen from the previews but this was REALLY deceptive. Can't wait to see what the girls on The View will have to say. Especially since Rob Lowe was on this past week and they tried to get the info on the death out of him. Thoughts?

I really love the show, and it has become a joke to see how misleading their ads are. I know all shows do it, but I think Brothers & Sisters is one of the worst offenders.

It did the job though, right? The whole episode, I was expecting someone to die. When Holly showed up at Julia's door, I thought she was going to kill her to get back at Tommy. I didn't really care that nobody died.

I'm looking forward to see what goes on with Ryan, but honestly, the show has lost most of what I used to love about it.

I thought Holly was going to kidnap Tommy's child. The only problem I had with the show was the "false" advertising. Otherwise, I enjoyed it! And I wanted to just not watch the show again, but Ryan is so cute, I will have to tune back in! (And we KNEW he would show up in this episode!)

Ok...I had a feeling all along it was going to be Robert who had the "health crisis" but I was really, really, really, hoping it was Tommy. We've been hearing rumors for a while that they're kicking Balthazar Getty off the show, and I thought that would be the perfect excuse. I figured when Holly said she'd "use all her resources" that she'd have him knocked off. I was kinda bummed when he only got arrested....

"When Holly showed up at Julia's door, I thought she was going to kill her to get back at Tommy."

You honestly thought THAT?

I've hated the entire season (and most of the characters) with the exception of Saul, Kevin, Scotty and Sarah. I thought last night was excellent, though!

And Ken Olin is very sexy for a man in his fifties.

I don't get why everyone thinks this show is so well written. I always find the writing to be hackneyed and contrived. I kind of keep watching it out of inertia, but these are some of the most annoying, obnoxious characters on tv .

Oh, I think the show has been awful for quite some time and it's gotten worse ever since they decided to do what they did with Rebecca and Justin. I happened to really enjoy last night, though.

I considered a lot of possibilities since they someone was going to die.

I don't care for this season either. I didn't care for last season. The show is not as well written as the first season was.

OMG, do you think that Ryan and Rebecca are going to get it on? Jesus, this show has the subtlety of a fire alarm.

It is obvious that the show has suffered from the loss of its head writer.

Aside from the whole Justin-Rebecca-Ryan thing last night, I thought the episode was one of the better ones this season.

I love this show. Yeah, the script isn't gold, but the characters have grown on me and I adore the cast. This has been a rather satisfying replacement for the mess that used to be Grey's Anatomy.

But the actress playing Rebecca often reminds me how much I miss Everwood.

Shut up.

I really like the cast, too, which is why I continue to watch it, but it's ..... just not a very good show.

I also watch the show. I am jealous of the family, I am from a larger family, and in our story there is no fruit and no pool, just some dirt and a case of beer.

We continue to watch because of the cast - and we're sucked in at this point.

BUT, I seriously hope Jon Robin Baitz doesn't have to watch what they've done to his original vision, which actually worked on a dramatic level.
