Yeah, I saw they said it would be up to 11 passengers. I didn't look too closely but it seems like Coach USA is a better deal; where in midtown Manhattan does it stop though?

I've used the Olypmia Coach bus service a few times, and also Supershuttle once. The bus has trips every fifteen minutes from Port Authority, is super cheap, and is has always been fairly empty the times I've used it. The Supershuttle van PACKS in 11 people, makes many stops, and costs more. I've heard that they are very unreliable, and were 45 minutes late for my early-morning pickup. (How much traffic is there at 4am?)
I would overall recommend the bus service, although I actually did have one bad experience on that where it was the driver's FIRST DAY on the job and he had never driven to Newark in training! He was a complete dumbass and must have had an IQ of literally about 65, as he couldn't even read the signs on how to get into the airport terminals, and instead led us to the "Service Center North" delivery area, and eventually had to call in back-up (a supervisor travelling in a car) to literally lead him to the correct terminal (although he then took the wrong turn and dropped us off for our outgoing flights at the ARRIVALS gate). Many of us almost missed our flights, and it truly was a nightmare....I guess my advice would be to leave very early and have back-up plans in place no matter what service you choose!
