Was curious to what others think about this list. It is ranked from worst to best.

I'm shocked that the G and 7 were ranked so high. I never thought the N or Q were so special. To me, the R essentially seems similar to those, which I don't get why it is so low. These are just my experiences. Maybe if I lived in or traveled to the outer boroughs more often I would understand.

The 7 is consistently ranked high on the StrapHangers annual reports. Living along it and relying on it (I'm in Woodside) I have very few complaints with the day to day service. I've experienced very few unplanned service disruptions, as opposed to some of the other lines where they seem to have issues at least once a week. Though I will admit that I dread those upcoming weekend closures that are quickly approaching.
The high ranking of the G train is definitely based only on some weird personal bias by the creator of that list as its performance is pretty dismal.

The 7 ain't half bad, provided you don't have a long commute into Queens.
They forgot to mention that the N,Q now have a very high concentration of homeless.

I've really got to stop reading Buzzfeed articles. Each one feels sillier than the one before it. The writers try way too hard to be hip, clever, funny and cool, kind of like many of the people on Yelp.
So the "A" is downgraded cause people were "having to get off and get back on because you accidentally got on the Lefferts-bound and not the Rockaways-bound." The destination is always well marked on each train and anyone going to JFK or out to the Rockaways would likely have checked and seen that only some of the A trains go there. People need to read the signs, it's not that complicated.

Really?! I take the NQ every day and I can't say I've seen a ton. Then again, I grew up using BART in SF...

What would you NYers say is the worst (and/or most confusing) subway station in NY? Keep in mind that I'm from LA where we have TWO -- count 'em -- TWO subway lines (we have several other light rail lines and a very extensive bus system, mind you).
When I made my first long-overdue visit to NY last year, the station that really confused the hell out of me was Bleecker Street. I had met some friends nearby for some late night bar-hopping and was headed back, alone, to my hotel in midtown east. I swear I went up and down sets of stairs, up and down an elevator, over and under and back around platforms for what seemed like ages -- such a labyrinth. Until that point, I'd done a pretty good job of taking the subway by myself all across Manhattan and into Queens and Brooklyn.
I'm also used to the LA subway stations that are much larger and wide open so that you can you see where everything is laid out -- even at the 7th Street Metro Station where the Red (yes, colors), Purple, Blue, Silver and Expo lines all converge. I found the London Underground much easier to navigate for a first-timer. And, yes, I realize how pathetic this all probably sounds to you.

I disagree with some of their ratings. I use the 1 train a lot and I think it's very reliable. Their complaint is that it's slow? It's a local train. You want fast, take the 2 or the 3.
The only problem I had with it is that weekend construction on the line seemed to go on forever and it was so confusing. The 1 would run on the 2/3 track to 14th Street, while the 2/3 would go local. It confused the heck out of tourists and was difficult to explain to them.

"What would you NYers say is the worst (and/or most confusing) subway station in NY?"
Worst and confusing are two different things.
The Chambers Street 1/2/3 station is hotter than hell in the summer. It's the most sweltering station.
I think the transfer at 14th Street from the 1/2/3 to the F is the most confusing. Just as you think you're there, you realize that you've only made is as far as the L train.
The 72nd Street 1/2/3 and the E/M at 53rd and Lex are the most dangerous platforms. Too many people and not enough platform. One wrong step and you could end up on the tracks.
But I do agree that Bleecker Street can be very confusing if you're not used to it.
