The Empire Buffet--all you can eat for $12.95. Mostly Chinese, but some American favorites are available.

Thanks, Kristie (hope you're not being snarky). However, I've lived here my whole life and am always searching for these relatively undiscovered spots, which are rapidly disappearing due to gentrification. I accidentally found this website one day, and LUV it. Unabashed foodie, I am, especially for Asian fusion.
