I am STOKED! Those three are some of my favorite performers. I have always heard how great Comic Relief was back in the day, now I'll be able to witness it myself!

Comic Relief was really great and I'm looking forward to this new benefit. Those three really play off each other very well. You could just imagine them as youngsters growing up in the same neighborhood and being inseparable.

I'd be excited if it were Wanda Sykes, Chris Rock, and Howard Stern. Billy, Whoopi, and Robin are not funny.

I'm just relieved we have posts like this again instead of all the hardcore, vicious political and election-related stuff.
Don't stone me but I'm anxious to see if Andy comes back. I know that sounds rediculous but I am.
I hope they make buckets of money, but I am with fflagg, you couldn't pay me to watch.
Who remembers the trio singing..
"Don't be a greedt bas*Ard! Those yuppie days are over and gone!"?
I can't think of three people I like less. No. I'm not excited.
Put me in the "couldn't pay me enough" camp.
i love all three!
Robin Williams is dominating those promos...although he IS my favorite of the three...

Please, please, please DONATE people! This year's donations go to help rebuild NEW ORLEANS!
Great Jeffery Tambor quote that just aired (re: New Orleans):
"Do we rebuild? Is it worth it? Yes! You don't throw a city away."
I hope they make bucketloads of money. Enough buckets to fill the Hoover Dam.

The negative reactions here to these three is interesting to me. The fact is, when a list is made of effective and affecting comics through the years, these three are always in the top tier. And it's incredibly hard to argue with the good they have done with their fame.
I wish them all the best.
as much as I love Robin Wlliams as an actor I HATE his comedy
They're not funny!!!!

fflagg - with all due respect, they may not be funny to you (which is a completely subjective thing,) but obviously SOMEONE disagrees with you.
On separate occassions, they have each been responsible for some of the biggest laughs I've ever had.
But the bigger picture here is, they're giving their time to help others in need, and that I won't question.

I'm watching on TBS right now and I'm soo glad I found it while flipping through the channels. I've gotten to see D. L. Hugley, Dane Cook, Sarah Silverman, Lewis Black and a bunch of other really great comics that I've always liked.
God, I think if Jim Gaffigan were doing a set tonight I'd be good to go with my fav. comics.
I watched all four hours and loved every minute of it! Nonstop laughs, and for a great cause. = ]
well that was a substantial letdown.
It was doomed almost from the beginning. Less than 30 seconds after Ray Romano started i (alone in my dorm room) said outloud "Wow, he's really bombing." and it was sadly the fate that most of the other comedians faced. Lewis Black was about the only one that made me laugh. Oh and Louis C.K. that bag of dicks bit was hilarious.
