Well put, Cheeze, but a buttload of them in my hometown sent their daughters out of state to get rid of nature's little mistakes...thus contributing more to the hypocrasy argument than one could ever hope.

What's the list of countries that still sanction state-sponsored murder now? I know it includes the US, China, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and a few other states that sponsor terrorism and genocide -- then again, I suppose the US fits right in with the rest of the list on that score........

"After studying the evidence, searching the history, listening to the arguments and wrestling with the profound consequences, I could find no justification for granting clemency."

Anyone want to see that Schwarzenegger movie?

Margo, you're right, this country fits right in the that group of countries.
Civilized countries have stopped using the death penalty, but then this country is not civilized.
