In Indiana, robocalling is illegal, so the McCain campaign was using a call center to read their script. However, many of the workers found the script so offensive that 30-40 employees walked out, knowing that they'd lose pay.

"Representatives at Americall in Indiana, and at the company's corporate headquarters in Naperville, Illinois, didn't return calls for comment."
Why not?
I cannot believe this is what passes for our 'process'.
Harbingers of democracy, indeed.
This whole smear campaign and alarmist approach has completely backfired on the Republican Party. And I'm glad.
The stupid part is they keep trying! No, actually, they keep getting worse about it. Now they're saying he's endangering children, and crazy party supporters are carving backwards Bs in their faces and reporting phony beatings.
At this point, Obama could actually have done something that should be called into question, and nobody would listen. The Republicans have "cried wolf" one too many times now. So even if a real wolf showed up on the Democratic doorstep, nobody would take it seriously.
Thanks, Republican Party! You shouted yourselves hoarse. You created such a stink that even if something were to smell now, we wouldn't be able to tell the difference. It would be just more hot air.
A great way to win the election for the opposing party!
